1221 Ocean is Irvine Company’s first venture into the ultra-luxury high rise rental market. The project was a retrofit of Lawrence Welk’s prominent Champagne Towers that sat vacant since the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. Located in the heart of Santa Monica it provides residents the amenities of a five-star hotel, including a roof top pool and club house 17 stories above Santa Monica Beach.
